FAT FACTS!  It's what's inside that really matters. The proof is in the pudding!

Our Gelato and Sorbet has less fat than 'Standard Ice cream'.  FAT CONTENT is a defining criteria of ice cream.  There must contain at least 10% milk fat to be called an Ice cream.  The more premium the Ice cream, the higher fat content.  FAT coats the tounge which may contribute to the need for more sugar and flavouring to compensate.  Too much of FAT and SUGAR is really not ideal.

HIGH FAT CONTENT is 'essential' to Ice cream but NOT with Gelato or Sorbet.  ZELATI PREMIUM GELATO has only approximately 3 to 8% Fat.  ZELATI PREMIUM SORBET has NO FAT to LOW FAT options,  approximately 0 to 3% Fat.

Our products have LESS FAT and LESS AIR incorporated in them, meaning MORE of the REAL FLAVOUR from the REAL FOOD, resulting a luscious and vividly tastier product.
